Policies
We have a 24-hour Cancellation policy. Your appointment is very important to us. We reserve your appointment just for you and ask if you must cancel or reschedule to provide us with 24-hour notice. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee:
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– “NO CALL/NO SHOW” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrival Policy
We will always try to accommodate you if you are running behind, however, in fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so that the next client’s session can begin on time. If you are running late we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, but you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you and with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you. Keep in mind, being 20+ minutes late for your service will be considered a missed appointment and subject to the cancellation fee.
